There are many wind belts all over the world. They are always changing in direction. When the wind wind belts change it shifts it makes the ocean water shift 90 degrees to the right in the Northern Hemisphere and shifts 90 degrees to the left in the Southern Hemisphere. There are many changes in the wind belts each year, this always chages the ocean waters.

Drought is when you have less rainfall than you expected over an extended period of time, usually several months or longer. Drought is a normal part of climate, and it can occur almost anywhere on earth. Drought's features and effects vary from place to place because of different geographical features and cultures, which affect how people use water. The way it affects people changes depending on where you live. Droughts are caused by lack of rain over a long period of time. If rain does occur it usually isn't enough for the ground to absorb before it is evaporated again, making it become a drought.

These types of droughts affect outback properties and can devastate crops and livestock. In order to have a drought you need less precipitation then needed to hydrate all plants and animals. When this occurs many plants and animals die off leaving humans with less food. The severity of the drought depends upon the degree of moisture deficiency, the duration and size of the affected area.
